A deliciously rich sauce made with stout, beef stock and finished with black pepper.
A hearty sauce made with stout which compliments beef perfectly.
Pre-heat fan assisted oven to 170C. Brown 460g of diced casserole beef over a medium heat. Pour over sauce and bring to the boil for 1 minute. Transfer to an oven proof dish, cover with foil and place in oven for 2 hours. Increase oven temperature to 190C. Remove from oven and take off foil cover. Roll out some puff pastry and place on top of the dish (cut off any excess) Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes.

We love this sauce. This is a real winter warmer, easy to make and rich and tasty - the kids will be back for seconds!
It's simple. Take a selection of your favourite fish (about 320g for 4 people). Pour over the sauce and top with mashed potato (about 400g) and bake until piping hot. Easy as pie!

Pre-heat fan assisted oven to 190C. Brown 600g of diced turkey breast or thigh over a medium heat, continue to cook for 5 minutes. Pour over 450g of Leek and Ham Pie Sauce and simmer for 5-10min until meat is tender. Transfer to an oven proof pie dish. Roll out some puff pastry and place on top of the dish cutting off any excess. Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes or until pastry has risen and is golden brown.
